Scott M. Deliman
Scott Deliman graduated cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland, Ohio in 1997. While in law school, Scott was a member of the Cleveland State Law Review, received the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for Scholastic Excellence in Torts, and was distinguished as the top Legal Writing student in his class section.
After graduation, Scott joined a long-time Brunswick practitioner, Robert Tinl, and the two of them practiced together for nearly 25 years as Tinl & Deliman until Bob's retirement. During his decades of practice, Scott has handled a great variety of legal matters with knowledge, skill, efficiency, and compassion for his clients' needs. In addition, Scott's undergraduate psychology degree from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio, together with his post-graduate experience in social work before entering law school, have proven invaluable to his relationships with clients, colleagues and court personnel.
In addition to the contributions Scott has made as a legal practitioner, he has served on multiple boards of community organizations, has mentored numerous young lawyers and has volunteered his time at numerous career fairs and events at area schools. Scott is also a past president of the Medina County Bar Association and has remained an active member of that Association as well as the Ohio State Bar Association.
Brittany Durieux
Brittany B. Durieux graduated from Taylor University in 2012 with an undergraduate degree in English Literature. Brittany went on to graduate from the University of Akron School of Law in May of 2015. While in Law School, Brittany won the Best Advocate Award at the Ohio Attorney General Trial Competition.
Brittany began her legal career in the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office where she primarily prosecuted felony and misdemeanor domestic violence cases but also spent time prosecuting misdemeanor offenses. She has also served as Bailiff, Judicial Attorney, Mediator/ Community Outreach Director, and ultimately Magistrate at the Summit County Domestic Relations Court. Throughout her career, Brittany has successfully managed a diverse range of cases and has cultivated an enthusiasm for courtroom advocacy.
Ms. Durieux serves on the board at Urban Vision in North Hill and has been a volunteer there for many years. She has served on other mission’s projects around the globe, primarily in the Dominican Republic.
